Business mogul bags Man of the Year Award

THE Multinational Oil and Gas Company Assets Manager and the Executive Director of Chief Mukailu Maichibi Foundation (CMMF) and MNS Resort Jos, Chief (Engr) Meshach Congo Maichibi (FSM), has bagged an Award of Excellence emerging as the 2023 Plateau Man of the Year.

This was contained in a press statement signed by COA Media Group and made available to SUNDAY STANDARD in Jos, the Plateau State capital, recently. The statement disclosed that
Engr. Meshach Congo Maichibi, emerged first place out of four (4) nominees shortlisted for the prestigious award.

“He was nominated for his remarkable achievements as a thoroughbred technocrat. The philanthropist has over the years contributed immensely in job creation, sports development, women and youth empowerment, investment in hospitality and tourism and also support to the less privileged in the society”, the statement revealed.

It was disclosed that the Plateau Man of the Year Award was initiated and instituted nine (9) years ago and seeks to recognize individuals who have positively impacted on the lives of Plateau residents and others in different states in their different chosen career paths.

Amongst other past winners of the Plateau Man of the Year Award include: Amb. Yahaya Kwande, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong, Her Excellency Dame Pauline Tallen, Hon. Chris Kwaja, PhD, Hon. Beni B. Lar, Nde Dauda Wuritka Gotring, Rt Hon Ahmed Idris Wase and Sir. Joseph Ntung Ari respectively.
However, it was revealed that the award presentation date will be announced in the coming days.
