KINGDOM Things Fellowship (KTF), a group of teenagers specially constituted and groomed as a gospel team to bring young people closer to God in COCIN Jenta-Adamu, Jos, last Sunday joined the world in celebrating the anniversary of the birth of Jesus Christ by organising 2023 Christmas Carol tagged: “Grand Blessing”

The group which has been in existence since 2021, is a collection of teenagers within age 13 and 18 and were poised to mould themselves and encourage young people in the church to hold firm to the teaching and message of the word towards propagating the gospel.

With the motto: “Christ and Creativity”, KTF has, over the years been into sex education during Valentine programmes, Bible studies, prayer meetings and engaged other teenagers in talk-to-talks to understand the supremacy of God’s message to the world.
According to the Group Leader, Mr. Walponen Linus Gobum, the celebration was to bring teenagers close to God and also to join the world in celebrating the anniversary of the birth of Jesus Christ in style as teenagers of COCIN LCC Jenta-Adamu in Jos-North LGA of Plateau State.

He said they were looking forward to expanding the annual programme where it would engage many teenagers around the community to help send the gospel of Christ Jesus to the younger ones and to also fish out the lost sheep among them to help reduce youth involvement in unholy activities.

SUNDAY STANDARD understands that the officials of these teenagers always tasked themselves and were supported by their teachers to organise these programmes for the past three (3yrs). They are hopeful to organise a bigger event when they have resources.
However, the Theme for this year: “Grand Blessing” was drawn from the 3 John 2. It was quite thrilling as they were seen singing praises led by Boniface Nanyep Zimtu, moderated by Yilzumma Daniel Golu. They were grateful to the Lord for witnessing yet another Christmas celebration.
