Associate Pastor, Church of Christ in Nations, (COCIN) LCC   Church Nasarawa Gwong, Jos Rev. Musa Hassan has urged believers in Christ to live a transparent lifestyle, here on earth.

Hassan stated this during the funeral service of Late Elder Bulus Dalyop at the Church auditorium on Friday, adding that it has become unfortunate that believers are carried away by their sinful life, forgetting that there is death.

In his sermon, titled “Death is Certain, Be Prepared”, he took his Bible reading from the book of Hebrew chapter 9 verses 27 through 28.

Hassan admonished believers to live a life that would bring glory to God Almighty, if they want to meet with God on the last day. In his words, “Believers must always be ready, for death would not announce its coming.

According to him, “the only way to live a transparent life in this world is by accepting Christ as one’s personal Lord and Saviour and be committed to the things of Christ.”

Hassan maintained that transparent life is better than false life and advised believers to stay off sinful life, ethnicity, nepotism and tribalism etc, which would hinder them from life that depicts Christ likeness.

Late Dalyop, until his demise, was a staff of University of Jos, Head of Department of Medical Instructional Technology Unit, (MITU).

Left to mourn him are his aged parents, Da Catechist and Ngo Dalyop, wife, Mrs. Mary Bulus Dalyop, 5 children, many brothers, sisters and relatives.

His final interment was held at the family compound, Chairman Quarters, opposite B/Ladi Club, Barkin Ladi Local Government Area.
