Strategic plan, innovation and quality leadership has been noticed as key towards quality leadership and management of the current security situation in the country.
Governor Bala Mohammed, made the observations while presenting a paper on Strategic Leadership and his Political Experience for participants at the Course 32 of National Defence College, Abuja, recently.
He said through selfless and inclusive and community engagement in leadership, the country would overcome the deteriorating situation.
He charged the participants to respect the country’s diversity and constructional sanctity in bringing the required change in restoring the hope of Nigerians
Our Bauchi correspondent reports that the governor had used the occasion to explain that his administration has created the Ministry of Internal Security that works hand in hand with national and local security outfits to safeguard the state and affirmed that the initiative is fruitful.
The Commandant, National Defence College Abuja, Rear Admiral Olumuyiwa Morakinyo Olotu, in his reaction described Bauchi Governor’s suggestions as sincere facts and therefore commended him for honouring the invitation.
Rear Admiral Olumuyiwa Pluto also called on the participants to use the knowledge acquired in a manner that would add value to their pursuit of knowledge.
