According to him, the state government would be proud of them, if they live above board by exhibiting transparency while discharging various duties as Police Officers to the nation.

Governor Mutfwang handed these admonitions when the students Cadets paid him a courtesy visit at the New Government House, Little Rayfield, Jos recently. He stressed that the state would continue to treasure them.

He urged them to go out with the mindset of serving humanity and not looking for money. ” I enjoin you to be transparent in all duties. Your minds should be how to serve your nation diligently but not on how to make money at all costs. By cutting corners, you will cut your career short “, the governor advised them

Governor Mutfwang assured them that the state government would ensure that their stay at the Academy in Wudil, Kano State was less stressful and urged them to be ambassadors of Plateau and Nigeria as a whole.

He congratulated them for coming to the end of their attachment in Jos and by virtue, the end of their studies at the Police Academy, Wudil, stressing that that has gone to show that they were hard working. Mutfwang wished them the best as they were going out into the society to serve.

Earlier, the leader of the students Cadets of the 6th Regular Course, Plateau indigenes, Koplama Emmanuel, intimated Governor Mutfwang that they were in the state for a mandatory attachment which they have completed. Emmanuel informed the governor that it was the tradition to pay a visit to the governor of the state, that was why they deemed it fit to follow the protocol.

He commended the governor for changing the face of the state within a short period of coming into office and urged him not to be detracted but to focus on providing the needed dividends of democracy to the people of the state irrespective of their affiliation.

He assured the governor that they would be good ambassadors and would make the state proud before and after their stay at the Academy and thanked him for the warm reception accorded them despite the short notice.
