The General Evangelist, Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, Nigeria, Worldwide, Prophet Evangelist, Hezekiah Oladeji has invoked the power of God over evil forces against Plateau State.
Oladeji made the declaration when he paid a courtesy call on Governor Caleb Mutfwang at the Old Government House, recently said a team of 65 men of God have been in the state and Bokkos in particular, where the church is said to have a strong base and being one of the places that have suffered attacks, to pray for the will of God to prevail on the security situation in the state.
He urged the people of Plateau State to fear not and return to God, noting that God himself will take mighty steps to end the evil being waged against the state.
While sympathising with the government and people of Plateau State over the incessant attacks by the Fulani militia and terrorist groups, the General Overseer prayed for the will of God to prevail over the forces against the state. He assured that after his visit and prayers, the state will witness peace.
According to him, they were aware of the efforts the state was contributing to the growth of the church on the Plateau and it was one of the states they recognised as very important in the country.
The man of God added that the power of darkness shall not overturn the government.
Governor Caleb Mutfwang while speaking through his Deputy, Mrs Josephine Piyo, commended the General Overseer for taking the burden of Plateau in his heart by coming to pray for the land.
Governor Mutfwang expressed the hope that the visit will bring to an end the calamity that has befallen the state.
