Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir el-rufai, has expressed concern over women voter apathy in the state.
The governor, while waiting to cast his vote, urged the electorate to come out en-mass to exercise their right by voting candidates of their choice.
El-rufai who waited for hours on the queue to cast his vote disclosed this at PU 024 ward 7 Unguwar Sarki, Kaduna, where he said that there are reported cases of Biomodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) in the state.
The governor however, revealed that a BVAS machine was snatched at the Southern part of the state, just as he also said that two other incidents happened within the state but did not explain further.
El-rufai who commended the electoral umpire for adequate preparations, added that police are investigating the incidents.
