Mutfwang calls on Christians to unite

The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has urged Christians in Nigeria to unite beyond denominational boundaries and come together in selfless service to God.

He emphasised the importance of fervent prayers for the healing of the nation, urging Christians to always pray for the country and the leaders.

Governor Mutfwang made these remarks during a Sunday service worship at the Living Faith Church, Lokogoma, Abuja, where he engaged the congregation in a session of worship and praise songs.

Expressing gratitude to the religious leaders who supported him during his legal challenges, the governor thanked God for granting him victory.

He extended warm greetings to Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, acknowledging the prayers offered by Bishop Abioye during challenging times for Plateau State.

Governor Mutfwang emphasised the need for Christians to break down denominational barriers and recognise their unity in Christ, stressing the importance of fellowship and collective worship.

Bishop David Abioye, the guest preacher at the church, delivered a sermon on “The Power of Settlement,” drawing insights from Holy Scriptures.
