PFN congratulates Mutfwang over Supreme Court victory

FOLLOWING the recent Supreme Court victory of Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, of Plateau State, the State Executive Council of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), has congratulated the governor. They described his affirmation as a God ordained mandate.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the Plateau State Chairman of PFN, Rev. Dunka Gomwalk, and made available to THE NIGERIA STANDARD in Jos, the Plateau State capital recently.

The statement said, “the Executives of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) and all her leaders across the state and beyond, wish to heartily extend her congratulations to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb M. Mutfwang on the affirmation of your God – ordained mandate as the duly elected Governor of Plateau State by the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 12th day of January, 2024.

“Indeed, for us in PFN, the final consummation of this success despite the vicissitudes that prevailed through the journey, was a sure proof that your mandate is divine. With this victory, our hope as a Fellowship is further strengthened that God has something great for the people of Plateau.

“While rejoicing with His Excellency on this great success, it is our prayer in view of the great task ahead that our Lord will continue to grant you the grace, wisdom and all the enablement required to implement your desired vision for the people of Plateau State”, he prayed.

Gomwalk, therefore, pledged the state PFN’s unalloyed continuous support and readiness to partner with the governor and his administration through prayers, periodic consultations as the need demands, to achieve his goal for this great land of peace and tourism. “Once again, congratulations and God bless you, Sir!” the letter concluded.
