Stakeholders, leadership of Fulani Socio Cultural organization and youth in Panda Development Area have applauded the Executive Chairman of Karu Local Government Council, Hon James Thomas for his laudable achievements in one year and for appointing three of their sons into his cabinet in Karu LGA.
Speaking during the stakeholders meeting held in Gitata, Ardo Panda Alhaji Ardo Mato said ” This is the first time in history, where three Fulanis from Karu LGA were recognized through appointment from a local government chairman in Nasarawa State.
I want to assure the Executive Chairman that Fulani community in Panda Development Area and Karu LGA will replicate this gesture by coming out in their numbers to vote for His Excellency, Governor Abdullahi Sule and all APC candidates in Nasarawa State come 2023.”
The Chairman who was represented by the Supervisory Councillor of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Hon. Isah Muhammed Aso, appreciated the Fulani community for their cooperation and support for his government, adding that Hon James is a grassroots leader who has his people at heart, and Fulani will not be left alone in his council’s decision making.
Earlier, Director General, A. A Sule Campaign Council Nasarawa State, Barr. Tanimu Adams urged the Fulani community to be good ambassadors of peace in Panda Development Area, as Fulanis were known from time immemorial as peace ambassadors.
He however, pleaded with them to vote for APC from top to bottom in the forthcoming general election in 2023.
