Governor Mutfwang appoints 5 new Perm Secs

In his quest to reinvigorate the Civil Service for a better service delivery, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang has approved the appointment of five new Permanent Secretaries to fill in existing vacancies in the state civil service.
Those appointed according to a statement signed and made available to The Nigeria Standard Newspaper by the Director of Press and Public Affairs (DOPA), Gyang Bere are, Helen H. Chundusu, Roseline Kefas Dakwar, Barrister Joel Zhidir Tahvan, Nanman Jonah Kparbong and Aishatu Ibrahim Saleh.
According to the statement, the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are expected to be sworn-in by the Executive Governor of the state today (Wednesday), at the Victoria Gowon Hall, Little Rayfield by 11.00 am.
The statement enjoined all invited guests to be seated by 10.30am.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Mutfwang has called on Plateau citizens to exhibit the spirit of calmness, tolerance, and forgiveness over the recent unfortunate incidents that led to loss of lives, property in Mangu Local Government Area of the state.
In a message to citizens, Mutfwang reiterated governments determination to build a new and a united Plateau where all shades of opinions from law abiding citizens would be accommodated for the safety and progress of the state.
He implored religious, traditional and community leaders to commence with immediate effect, the process of confidence building among citizens who are affected in order to strengthen communal living.
