PLSG described demise of Dan Dul as unfortunate

THE Plateau State Government has expressed shock over the death of one time Chairman Langtang North LGA Daniel Dul, describing it as most unfortunate.

Governor Simon Lalong who led a delegation to condole with the deceased family at Dul Close, Rantya in Jos, Wednesday, stressed that his death came as a shock because no body knew of illness but to receive the news of his death.

Represented by his Deputy, Professor Sonni Tyoden, Lalong described the deceased as a courageous man who has died in active service and said as a government and a party, he will be missed because this was the time they would have benefitted wealth experience.

While conveying the  condolence on behalf of the government and people of the state, the governor encouraged the family especially the Wife to take solace in the memories he left behind and should equally see the death not as a lost to the family alone but the entire state and advice them to draw strength from the scripture that God is father and husband to orphans and windows.

Responding, Benjamin Dul said they were comforted by love and support shown to them by the government and  many others since the death of their father.

He specifically mentioned some of the good things the Lalong government has done them to include  given their father his stolen mandate at the Local Government and appointing him twice as a member of the Governing Council, Plateau State University, Bokkos.

Dan Dul as popularly referred to died after a brief illness and left to mourn him  a wife and children, the would be buried in Shishiri, Langtang North, LGA on Friday this week.
