Mutfwang congratulates Mwadkwon for emerging Senate Minority Leader

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has congratulated Senator Simon Mwadkwon over his emergence as the Senate Minority Leader for the 10th National Assembly.

The Governor in a congratulatory letter signed by the Director of Press and Public Affairs (DOPA), Gyang Bere which was made available to Government House Press Crew indicated that the governor received the news of the elevation to the leadership of the Senate with jubilation. He described it as cheering not only to Plateau people but Nigerians as a whole.

Barr. Mutfwang appreciated the leadership of PDP and their caucus at the national assembly for trusting Senator Mwadkwon with the Senate Minority Leadership position and prayed for greater collaboration for the interest of Nigeria.

The Executive Governor described Mwadkwon as a thorough bred politician who has demonstrated exceptional legislative skills and competence while serving in the House of Representatives and urged him to be steadfast in his new role.

He further admonished the senator to bring to bear his wealth of experience and legislative skills in providing strong opposition that would constructively contribute towards the peace and unity of Nigeria.

While congratulating Mwadkwon, Governor Mutfwang wished him more wisdom, knowledge and the ability to pilot the affairs of the PDP caucus well in the national assembly.
